You are cordially invited to submit your research papers (in English only, in PDF format) for presentation consideration at the 5th Vietnam Symposium in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Innovation (#VSEFI2026). The symposium will be held a HYBRID format (in-person and online)  on 02-03 July 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam. This Symposium is co-organized by the International School, Vietnam National University (VNU-IS) and the AVSE Global, in collaboration with Curtin University, Perth AustraliaHEC Montréal, Canada, and Université Paris-Saclay, France

VSEFI2026 aims to provide academics, doctoral students, and practitioners with a forum to present their research findings and discuss current and challenging issues in innovation, entrepreneurship, and finance. The Symposium is also an ideal occasion for Vietnamese scholars to exchange research experiences and develop research projects with their international colleagues. The Symposium features special sessions and roundtables with invited speakers from academia, industry, and government agencies to discuss contemporary issues related to the conference themes.

PAPER SUBMISSION

🔹 Regular Paper Submissions

Authors are invited to submit full papers (complete manuscripts) in PDF format no later than 30 April 2026 via the submission portal:  https://vsefi2026.sciencesconf.org/submission/submit?lang=en 

Please note that only full paper submissions will be considered for the regular conference tracks. Abstract-only submissions are not accepted.

Authors are required to create an account on the submission system prior to submission. Early submission is highly encouraged, and decisions will be communicated on a rolling basis once the peer review process is completed.

There is no submission fee.

🔹 Early-Stage Research Session (PhD Students Only)

 VSEFI 2026 includes a dedicated session for PhD students to present early-stage research and receive feedback from senior academics and peers.

Eligibility
This session is open to current PhD or MPhil students at any stage of their candidature.

Purpose

The session is designed for presenting early-stage research ideas or work-in-progress and receiving feedback from the academic community.

Submission Requirements
To be considered for this session, authors must:

  • Select “Early-Stage Research Session (PhD Students Only)” in the submission system under Type
  • Submit an early-stage research paper or proposal
  • Upload a signed letter from their supervisor or Head of Department confirming their current PhD/MPhil status
  • The letter must be uploaded under the “Supplementary data” section during submission.

Important
Both the paper/proposal and the confirmation letter must be submitted by the submission deadline. Submissions without the required letter will not be considered for this session.
